Long summer days on the water, a boat tied up in a quiet slough, and the granite face of Chimney Rock waiting for whoever is brave enough. Lake Martin is where a lot of Alabama families measure out their summers.
Covering roughly 44,000 acres with more than 750 miles of wooded shoreline, Lake Martin was created in the 1920s when the Martin Dam was built across the Tallapoosa River. Its islands, coves and clear water have made it one of the most loved recreational lakes in the Southeast.
Our Lake Martin UV wood chart is one of a kind and made with incredible attention to detail. High-quality Baltic Birch is laser-cut into layers that reveal the underwater terrain, and each layer is hand-stained so the water grows darker as the depth increases, creating a striking gradient that brings the contours to life. Ultra-high resolution UV printing then adds the points of interest and fine location details to the top layer. Because there is no acrylic cover, nothing sits between your hand and the wood - you can run your fingers across the contours and feel the depth as well as see it.
Every cove and island you have ever anchored in, laid out in birch.
